On August 10, 2018, a meeting of the Regional Tripartite Commission on Social Partnership and regulation of social and Labour relations was held in Aktobe region under the leadership of Nurgaliev Yerbol Zholdaspekovich, Regional vice Akim.
At the meeting of the Regional Tripartite Commission, the following issues were considered:
- On the State of compliance with the legislation on compulsory social insurance including insurance of civil liability of the employer for causing harm to life and health
- On the implementation of the action “legalization of labour relations”.
- On the ongoing work on building social dialogue favorable social climate in labor collectives, compliance with labour legislation including payment and working conditions at leading enterprises of Martukskiy District.
- On the state of payment of wages in time to employees in the regional enterprises.
Speakers on this issue were acting head of the Office for Labour Inspection Urazaev B.Zh., deputy Akim of the Martukskiy district Tlegenov B.N.
The meeting was attended by vice chairman of the Trade union center of the Aktobe region Akbergenov J.A., head of the Office for Labour Inspection of Aktobe region, vice Akim of the Martukskiy district, members of the Tripartite Commission, Heads of authorized State bodies, heads of regional enterprises and organizations.
According to the results of the meeting of the Regional Tripartite Commission, specific protocol orders on strict observance of the norms and requirements of labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan are given. In addition, the heads of enterprises and organizations of the region, assuming overdue debts are charged to take the necessary measures to eliminate the arrears of wages.
The vice chairman of the Trade union center of Aktobe region in his turn focused on the important role of social partnership in the prevention of conflicts at the labour sphere.
