On August 14, 2018 the meeting of the deputy chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan Tokzhanov Marat Lukpanovich and the head of the sector of international cooperation and mediation of the FPRK Usipbekova Zhanar Zhodasbaevna with the head of the representative of the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ), Mr. Jörg Poodle is held.
In the course of the meeting, the further plans on interaction between the Federation of Trade Unions of the RK and GIZ on development of institute of conciliation procedures in trade union organizations of the FPRK were discussed.
At present the Federation of Trade Unions of the RK within the framework of the signed memorandum with the Supreme Court of the RK on the basis of the territorial trades establish offices of mediation and centers of conciliation of the parties.
In mediation offices and conciliation centers, work will be carried out on the settlement of disputes of various types with priority being given to the resolution of issues arising out of labour relations, which are the most sensitive and socially important for the citizens of the country.
The Parties discussed joint projects and agreed on cooperation in the field of joint activities in the field of professional development and mediation training of trade union workers, creation of a pool of mediators FPRK.
