On September 21, a meeting of the Executive Committee of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan was held under the chairmanship of the Chairman of the FTURK Bakytzhan Әbdirayim.
The meeting considered organizational and legal issues of the Federation.
Members of the executive committee decided to join the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan RPA (Republican Public Association) “Kazakhstan Industrial Trade Union of Medium and Small Businesses “YNTYMAQ””.
Due to the formation of the Turkestan region and making the city of Shymkent the city of republican status, questions on renaming the territorial association of trade unions “Trade Union Center of the South Kazakhstan Region” to the territorial union of trade unions “Trade Union Center of the City of Shymkent” and on the establishment of the territorial association of trade unions “The Trade Union Center of Turkestan region” were considered.
Participants of the Executive Committee heard the information on the implementation of the plan of measures for the preparation and holding of the extraordinary XXV Congress of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The members of the Executive Committee considered the changes and proposals in the draft Statute of the FTURK, in the draft Regulations on the Audit Commission and its members, and decided to consider these issues at the extraordinary XXV Congress of the FTURK.
