In the Karaganda region, governmental workers will be provided with fringe benefits

At the following meeting of Karaganda regional tripartite commission on social partnership and regulation of social and labor relations, the following issues were considered: providing the amount of social contributions to the pension fund; timely payment of salaries in the organizations of the region; the execution of individual clauses of the Agreement.

On the initiative of the Trade Union Center of Karaganda Region, the Provincial Tripartite Agreement between the Akim of Karaganda Region, trade unions, business associations and employers in the region for 2018-2020 included points for the provision of additional benefits for governmental workers.

During the discussion of the issue, it was concluded to make additions to the collective agreements of state-owned enterprises that have converted to EWF from the beginning of 2019 to preserve benefits and health guarantees for health care workers.

For the purchase of solid fuel in the first 11 months of 2018, 62.2 million tenge was allocated from the local budgets of Abai, Bukhara-Zhyrau, Zhanaarka, Osakarovsky, Nurinsky, Karkaraly, Shetsky and Ulytau districts to state institutions of public health, education, culture.

246 young professionals working in public institutions of health, education, culture and sports were paid from the local budgets for relocation allowances and given concessional loans for the purchase of housing.

The Commission approved the Work Plan for 2019.
