The “New Face of the Trade Union” award as a reflection of the increased relevance of the trade union movement in Kazakhstan and the Labor Man.
The enlarged role of trade unions in society and professionals of their work – the Person of Labor – became the trend of 2018. The apotheosis of this phenomenon was the appearance within the framework of the national prize “People’s favorite of the year” in the nomination “New face of trade unions” as a reflection of the progressive changes in the country’s trade union movement and the increased role of Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan in society.
In its activities Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan focuses on working with primary trade union organizations and directly on the needs and aspirations of ordinary workers – professionals in their domain.
The members of the trade unions became the laureates of the “New Face of Trade Unions -2018” award: a medical worker from Kostanay Bulgar Tatyana, an agricultural worker from North Kazakhstan region – Bralin Rauan, a trade union leader from Pavlodar – Aitzhanova Dinara.
“The Best Social Worker of the Year” was awarded our colleague Sairov Yerlan, one of the architects of the changes in the renewal of the trade union movement in Kazakhstan.
