Today the Chairman of the Federation of trade unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan Baytan BDRip visited with working visit to Kyzylorda oblast. During the visit, the Chairman of the FPRK visited LLP “Bus depot “Kyzylorda” and was found c the employees of the enterprise.
“Bus depot “Kyzylorda” has started its work in March 2017. In the production there are more than 200 large buses that serve the residents of the city. At the moment, the company employs 600 people. The regional trade Union of workers of “Bus depot “Kyzylorda” LLP is a part of ROO “Kazakhstan branch trade Union of workers of small and medium business “Yntymaq”.
In December 2018, the amendments and additions to the collective agreement with the employer led to the provision of social benefits, including an increase in wages and medical benefits to employees of the enterprise.
The trade Union has actively started its activities and the number of workers helped by the Union is constantly growing . At the moment, 304 workers are members of the trade Union. Director of the fleet Nurzhan Akhatov acquainted with the work of LLP noting that the work to improve the working conditions of employees will be continued.
The Chairman of the trade Union of workers of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Abdirayim said: “first of all, the trade Union protects the legitimate labor rights of workers. If the company has agreements, collective agreements and guarantees of social benefits, the rights of each employee will be protected, his working conditions will improve, and the social status of the family will grow. Only then will the employee trust the Union, ” said the head of the FPRK.
