On April 16, the reporting and election conference was held in Pavlodar regional branch of the NGO “Kazakhstan branch trade Union of workers of culture, sports, tourism and information”.
It was attended by 70 delegates of the primary trade Union organizations of the region.
In the conference took part the Chairman of the NGO “the national trade Union of workers of culture, sport, tourism and information” Imankulova S. K., Chairman of the territorial Association of trade unions “”trade Union center of the Pavlodar region” Aitzhanov D. N., the social partners — Deputy head of PI “Department of physical culture and sports of Pavlodar region” F. B. Sarieva, the representative of GU “Management of culture, archives and documentation of Pavlodar region” Apanaeva K. T.
— The main achievement of our joint coordinated work, which is based on trust, is that our Branch trade Union managed to grow almost twice and become a worthy representative of social partnership, protecting the interests and rights of workers of culture, sports, tourism and information. To date, all the current problems of our industry are gradually resolved at the national and regional level. And this is impossible without the support and participation of primary trade Union organizations, ordinary Union members, whose trust we have to justify and solve all their pressing issues — said in her speech S. Imankulova.
During the conference, the participants made proposals on a number of issues, namely, amendments to the qualification tariff schedule, the standard staffing of cultural workers, in terms of the introduction of the post of heads of rural houses of culture, wage increases, payment of benefits for the improvement of technical workers.
Pavlodar branch in the period 2017-2018 positively resolved the issue of allocation of social assistance for the purchase of solid fuel in Pavlodar, Bayanaul districts, akkuly district. At the same time, the issues of optimization of cultural and sports facilities in the region are under constant control.
The unanimous decision of the delegates by the Chairman of the Pavlodar regional branch PA “Kazakhstan branch trade Union of workers of culture, sport, tourism and information” elected Kazbaeva Almagul Zainullina, delegates to the forthcoming 2020 VII Congress of the NGO “the national trade Union of workers of culture, sport, tourism and information” elected according to the Kuralai Orazalievna, Jania Sagimbayeva Mukazhanova.
At the end of the conference Svetlana Imankulova presented the honorary award of the Branch trade Union “Enbek danky” to the Chairman of the Top
- Aitzhanova for the support of the region’s industry, including in addressing issues of culture and sports workers, strengthening social partnership.
— Such an award from our industry to date has not been awarded to any Chairman of the Top. Let this be the first step towards closer and more fruitful cooperation between sectoral and territorial unions, — S. Imankulova stressed.
