THE RECONCILIATION CENTRE EXPANDS ITS BORDERS

The House of trade unions of the Federation of trade unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan held a ceremony of signing a Memorandum on mutual cooperation in the development of the Institute of conciliation procedures.

The Memorandum was signed by Bolat Zhumabekov Chairman of the trade Union centre of Karaganda region, Tatiana Samoylyuk –Chairman of Karaganda regional organization of the Kazakhstan branch of the trade Union of education and science, President of Adekenov — Deputy chief GU “Management of education of Karaganda region” .

The participants of the event noted that the signing of the Memorandum of cooperation, first of all, pursues a common goal — to ensure harmony and stability in society and will contribute to reducing the level of conflict in society, as well as creating a favorable legal environment, empowering the population to resolve labor and other disputes and conflicts through conciliation procedures. The Memorandum fully justifies the ideas of the President, set out in the national plan “100 concrete steps”, aimed at the development and strengthening of institutions of pre-trial and out-of-court settlement of disputes.

On the basis of the agreement, the parties will intensify joint systematic work to conduct explanatory work in the educational system of the Karaganda region, close cooperation in the resolution of disputes through the use of mediation.

At the meeting the most distinguished workers of education and science were presented with an exclusive version of the monograph systematized the history of the development of the trade Union movement in Kazakhstan and the world “trade Unions: theory and practice”.
