In order to prevent destabilization in the labor sphere, the trade Union Center of Aktobe region conducts daily analysis and monitoring of the situation in the field of protection of labor rights of citizens, including through social networks.
In the framework of the daily monitoring, the Union Centre was considered an anonymous statement published today, July 2, in social networks, allegedly by employees of the Aktobe transport company, a service division of JSC “CNPC-Aktobemunaigas” — branch of “Aktobeenergosnab” about reduction of working hours and, accordingly, the remuneration of the Company’s drivers.
For prompt consideration of the issue, the trade Union Center of the region in the person of acting Chairman Akbergenova F. A. was organized a meeting with the leadership of “aktobenergoneft” branch of JSC “CNPC-Aktobemunaigas”, the drivers of the Company, and was also invited social partners, in the face of labour inspection.
During the consideration of anonymous appeals guidance “Aktobeenergosnab” and Transport Department of JSC “CNPC – AMG” categorically denied the facts stated in the anonymous treatment, which was confirmed by the present drivers.
The company’s management also informed the audience about the existing mechanism of changing the terms of payment, which requires approval at the level of senior management of the parent Company of JSC “SNPS-Aktobemunaigas”. Thus, the employer alone, unilaterally can not change the terms of payment.
In turn, the trade Union Center noted the need to comply with the labor rights of employees, conditions and wages within the framework of the collective agreement and the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also recommended to strengthen the work on timely and comprehensive information to all employees of the Company, including those working on a rotational basis on the preservation of the existing conditions of remuneration and their possible subsequent improvement.
