TUGZHANOV: “THE NETWORK OF TRADE UNION KINDERGARTENS DOES NOT HAVE ANALOGUES IN KAZAKHSTAN”

On November 23, Eraly Tugzhanov visited a departmental kindergarten for children of members of trade unions, which is part of the network of departmental small preschool organizations “Saby” of the Kostanai region.

These preschool institutions were created in 2016 as part of a public-private partnership for children of members of trade union organizations.

The creation of kindergartens made it possible to provide social support to the families of members of the unions of medical, transport, educational, engineering, business, as well as postal services of the public service.

In total, 198 children from 2 to 5 years old are enrolled in preschool education and upbringing in trade union kindergartens.

The working hours of institutions are adapted to the parents’ work schedule – an extended day group, a weekend group are functioning. On weekdays, kindergartens are open until 21.00 h.

Having familiarized himself with the activities of the trade union kindergarten, the Head of the FPRK emphasized the high social significance of these preschool institutions for workers with a shift and special work schedule.

Eraly Tugzhanov noted the positive experience of the Trade Center of the Kostanay region, emphasizing that such social projects are an example of support for workers and members of their families for all regional trade union organizations.
