Today in Aktobe, the Chairman of the FPRK, Yeraly Tugzhanov, and the Akim of Aktobe Oblast Ondasyn Urazalin signed a Memorandum of Mutual Cooperation.
The document identifies key areas of social partnership to improve the sphere of social and labor relations.
As the meeting participants noted, the situation in the field of labor relations in the Aktobe region is characterized as stable.
In order to prevent social tension and labor conflicts, the Trade Union Center of Aktobe Oblast since the beginning of this year Memorandums were signed with all large enterprises of the region. All problematic issues in the world of work are considered at meetings of the Anti-Crisis Staff, regional tripartite commissions for social partnership and the regulation of social and labor relations.
During the meeting, the issues of regulation of labor relations at enterprises were discussed, the main instrument of which is the collective agreement.
According to the regional chairman, 89% of enterprises are covered by collective agreements in the region.
In total, 8.7 thousand collective agreements were concluded in the region. At the same time, in enterprises where trade union organizations operate, coverage by collective agreements is 100%.
The head of the FPRK praised the cooperation of the regional administration with the trade union in resolving social and labor issues in the framework of social partnership.
Stressing the importance of a quick response to people’s needs, for actively promoting the development of tripartite social partnership in the region, Yeraly Tugzhanov presented the akim of the Aktobe region with the trade union award “Best Social Partner”.
