The new trade union organization joins the work of the trade union center of the Рavlodar region

The territorial union of trade unions is the plenipotentiary representative of workers at the regional level, performs unifying and coordinating functions with members of trade unions and their associations. In order to strengthen its coordinating role in the region, the Trade Union Center of Pavlodar Oblast is constantly working to identify local trade union associations that work in the region. On the territory of the region there are enterprises in which the interests of workers are represented by local trade unions that are directly members of the republican industry trade unions. Carrying out independent work, they are not always involved in events with other trade union organizations, do not participate in the adoption of joint decisions and discussion of general issues at meetings of coordination councils, etc. A.

For example, in the Pavlodar region there is a branch of the NAO State Corporation “Government for Citizens”, which was established on April 7, 2016 to implement the Elbasy N. Nazarbayev Program of May 20, 2015, “The Plan of the Nation – 100 concrete steps to implement five institutional reform ”as a single provider of a“ single window ”of public services for the population. The number of employees of the branch is about 1000 people, whose interests are represented by the NGO “Local Trade Union of Public Service Workers”.

In order to establish interaction and establish cooperation with the trade union of employees of the Corporation, on January 15, 2020, the chairman of the territorial union of trade unions of the Pavlodar region D. Aytzhanova visited the enterprise and met with the trade union activist.

Trade unions should pay special attention to the high-quality implementation of the collective agreement. Moreover, non-fulfillment of the collective agreement leads to administrative liability of employers in the form of a fine of 400 MCI, ”said D. Aytzhanova.

The territorial union of trade unions is interested in strong trade union organizations, headed by competent trade union leaders, for this purpose, constant training of members of the conciliation commissions and the trade union asset is held at the site of the Trade Union Center with the involvement of judges, state labor inspectors and the best experts. For this purpose, D. Aytzhanova proposed the participation of the members of the Local Trade Union of Public Service Workers Public Association in quality training in the basics of labor law, the negotiation process and mediation, because the manager’s work in providing services to the population is intense and can lead to a conflict situation. “Particular attention of the trade unions of your enterprise should be given to providing technical breaks for rest and psychological relief to employees providing services to the population in order to avoid labor stress,” emphasized D. Aytzhanova.
