In connection with numerous requests from media representatives for comments about the tragic incident that occurred in the Kazakhmys Corporation on January 21, we inform that the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan expresses its deep regret about the tragedy that occurred.
For us, human life is priceless. We express our condolences to the family and friends of the deceased, and wish a speedy recovery to the injured.
We believe that any disputes and conflicts should be resolved within the legal framework.
We call on the media to refrain from making premature comments and wait for an objective investigation to be completed.
At the same time, we inform that the local trade Union “Kasipkorgan” is a member organization of the Republican trade unions “Confederation of labor of Kazakhstan” (Chairman – Mashkenov M. R.).
