On February 25, 2020, the deputy chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the chairman of the YNTYMAQ Trade Union, Kairakbai Zhanabekov arrived in Mangistau region on a working visit.
He met with an asset of the NGO Local Trade Union of Employees of Munayfieldservis LLP in connection with a written appeal to the FPRK. The meeting was attended by the adviser to the chairman of the FPRK, S. Ermekbayuly, chairman of the trade union center of the Mangistau region M. Tumanov, where they discussed issues of making amendments and additions to the collective agreement, as well as the course of the upcoming meeting on problematic issues on February 27, in the framework of social partnership, in Nur-Sultan, with the founder and CEO of Munayfieldservis LLP, with the assistance of the FPRK leadership.
Also, a meeting was held with representatives of the Engineering Department of Kezby LLP and the chairman of the primary trade union organization of workers of Kezby LLP Azamat Japarov, where problematic issues on the interaction of the employer and the trade union organization were discussed. Today it is planned to meet with the general director of Kezby LLP B.T.Kezbaev.
At a meeting with representatives of the public association “Zhumyshsylardy“ Aspan ”zhergіlіktі kәsіpodaғy” who are representatives of employees at the M-Techservice LLP, the issue of employment of 260 employees of the enterprise was raised, with which employment contracts were terminated in December 2019 due to the lack of production volumes. A meeting of the region’s working group is scheduled for February 26 at 15:00 under the chairmanship of the first deputy akim of the Mangystau region Alikhan Kyraubaev.
