ACTION “HOW DO YOU LIVE PRIMARY?” RUDNENSKAYA CITY MULTIDISCIPLINARY HOSPITAL

Today, on May 14, within the framework of the republican action of the FPRK “How do you live primary school?”, an online visit to one of the numerous and best primary schools that are part of the Kostanay regional branch of the NGO “Industry Professional Union of Health System Workers “SENIM” of the Rudnenskaya City Multidisciplinary City Hospital was held.

The online event was attended by Deputy Chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nurlan Uteshev, deputy of the Mazhilis of the Parliament Ekaterina Smyshlyaeva, chairman of the TOP “Trade Union Center of Kostanay region” Irina Aronova, chairmen of branch and local trade unions of the Kostanay region, chairman of the Kostanay regional branch of the NGO “Branch Trade Union of Health Care Workers “SENIM” Tatyana Bulgatsevich, chief physician of the KSE “Rudnenskaya City Multidisciplinary City Hospital” Talgat Kaikenov, chairman of the trade union committee Irina Khairullina and trade union activists.

The participants of the online visit were met by the chief doctor of the hospital Talgat Kaikenov. The hospital serves more than 12 thousand patients of the city of Rudny and the surrounding areas, providing qualified, specialized, consultative, emergency and planned inpatient medical care. Conditions are created for employees that allow them to invite new employees to work. Last year, for example, the Rudnenskaya City Multi-specialty Hospital expanded its staff: these are internists, obstetricians-gynecologists, radiologists and ultrasound doctors with higher education. Today, the hospital is represented by all narrow specialists.

The chief doctor of the hospital noted the work of the trade union committee, together with which effective work is being implemented to ensure social guarantees for employees and create favorable working conditions for employees.

During the tour, the office of the trade union committee was also demonstrated, where trade union members come for the necessary advice regarding salary increases, financial assistance, rehabilitation, rehabilitation, legal advice on labor legislation and other issues.

“980 employees are members of the trade union, which is 89.4%. The main conditions that ensure membership are a collective agreement, which is implemented in close cooperation and social partnership with the employer in the person of the chief physician. The contract includes benefits in accordance with the Industry Agreement between the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the National Chamber of Health and the Industry Trade Union “SENIM”. This includes additional vacation days, monetary compensation, financial assistance, and more, ” Irina Khairullina said.

During the meeting, a young neuropathologist Konstantin Bodashev, a lawyer of the trade union committee Olga Dergunova asked their questions: 1) in connection with the cancellation of compensation payments to medical workers who have lost their ability to work and to the families of those who died from coronavirus infection, there is tension in the team.  Alternative options for support through insurance payments in the system of compulsory or voluntary insurance are offered; 2) in addition, within 2 years, there is a gradual increase in wages for medical workers of health organizations, but 40% of the staff consists of junior medical workers, technical staff and others. Ekaterina Smyshlyaeva responded to the support of medical workers and the voiced questions raised during the online meeting. Today, these topics are in the work of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Nurlan Uteshev noted the effective work of the trade union committee of the Rudnenskaya City Multidisciplinary Hospital, well-coordinated work with the administration and thanked all doctors and medical workers for their heroic work.

At the end of the meeting, Irina Aronova said that further close cooperation with the industry trade union of health care workers “SENIM” in the field of support and social protection of the rights and interests of the Working Person will continue.
