Within the FTURK educational marathon framework, a training seminar on improving skills in the negotiation process was held with the participation of the professional asset of the Kyzylorda region and the Trade Union of Workers of Chemical, Petrochemical and Related Industries Branch.
Opening the seminar, FTURK Deputy Chairman Nurlan Uteshev noted that the Federation of Trade Unions pays special attention to the issues of improving the professional level of trade union assets and the exchange of trade union experience.
“The strategy of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2020-2025″ In unity for justice and Development ” provides for the promotion of a new trade union ideology through the formation of a high level of legal culture among trade union personnel, trade union activists and trade union members themselves,” Nurlan Uteshev highlighted.
Speaking about the importance of the FTURK educational initiatives, he told to the participants about the new project of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan “Get treated and learn!”.
The purpose of the project is to provide socio-medical and spa-sanatorium services for physical, psychological, social and moral and spiritual recovery to trade union members and their training in trade union activities.
“The project is a 10-day course of sanatorium-resort recreation and a 10-hour course of trade union training on topical issues of creating and developing a trade union organization, labor and trade union legislation, the practice of negotiating and resolving conflicts, investigating industrial accidents and other aspects of trade union work,” said the FTURK Deputy Chairman.
During the seminar, priority areas of trade union activity and mechanisms for strengthening social partnership were discussed.
Lyudmila Golenkova, Chief specialist on legal issues of the Trade Union Center of the North Kazakhstan region, shared ideas about the mechanisms for preventing and resolving labor disputes and organizing the work of the Conciliation Commission.
The chief specialist of the Trade Union Center of the Kyzylorda region, Mayra Boranbayeva, informed the participants about the main principles of the trade union’s activity and the practice of regulating labor relations.
Participants have a significant interest in the training program and new trade union initiatives to protect the interests of the Working Person.
Recall that the FTURK educational marathon started on June 21. To date, 29 training events have been held for professional assets of all industries and regions of the country.
In total, since the beginning of 2021, about 200 seminars have been held with the participation of more than 7,000 trade union members.
