Continuing the Action “Trade union helped”, it is necessary to tell about the good deeds of the “Local trade union “Seriktes” NGO.
“Local trade union “Seriktes” PA unites employees of “Alatau Zharyk Kompaniyasy” JSC. “AZhK” JSC is a power transmission organization in Almaty and Almaty region. There are more than 3550 people in the row of the trade union which is 92% of the company’s staff.
Since the beginning of the year, the trade union has provided material assistance for treatment – 134 people, for sanatorium treatment – 46 people, for the treatment of employees’ children – 5 people, in connection with an emergency (fire) – 2 people.
The cost of aid to the trade union exceeded 5 million tenges.
In the summer, the trade union, together with the employer, sent about 200 employees for recreation to the children’s camps “Arman Dala”, “Tau-Zhanashar” and “Edelweiss”.
Also, the trade union organized a drawing competition for children, a competition for articles about employees of departments, a video competition in honor of the holidays with placement on the YouTube channel Seriktes Prof.
“AZhK” JSC employs not only power engineers but also workers of other specialties and professions. So, on the eve of the professional holiday “Builder’s Day” it was decided to congratulate and reward the workers of the repair group. Diplomas and cash prizes were awarded to the senior foreman of the repairing group A.K. Kulanbekov and painters-plasterers Sadykov B.Zh., Kozhabekov B.B.
