The republican action of the Federation of Trade Unions “How are you, primary?” continued its work in the Kyzylorda region.
Deputy Chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nurlan Uteshev met with the staff of the Department of the Bureau of National Statistics of the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Kyzylorda region.
Opening the meeting, Chairman of the Trade Union Center Maksut Nalibayev noted the special importance of holding the republican action of the FTURK. According to him, meetings with labor collectives allow monitoring the real situation of ordinary union members and discussing their pressing problems.
According to him, in 2022, declared by the Federation as the Year of Social Partnership, close cooperation with primary trade union organizations will continue. During the meeting, the chairman of the Kyzylorda regional branch of the Branch Trade Union of employees of state, banking institutions and public services “Kyzmet” Saule Tursynbayeva spoke about measures to support trade union organizations of the industry in the region.
The primary work of the trade union organization of the Department was reported by its chairman Gulzira Eskaraeva.
According to her, the number of trade union members is 130 people, i.e. the institution has 100% coverage of trade union membership.
The head of the Department of the National Bureau of Statistics of the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Kyzylorda region Mariam Baekeyeva informed about the work carried out jointly with the trade union.
She said that the primary trade union organization was established 35 years ago. Currently, the institution has a collective agreement for 2021-2023.
During the meeting, the chairman of the Branch Trade Union of Employees of state, Banking institutions and Public Services “Kyzmet” Mirbolat Zhakypov thanked the trade union leaders for their fruitful work, significant contribution to the protection of the interests of workers and the development of social partnership in the region.
Summing up the meeting, Deputy Chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nurlan Uteshev answered questions of interest to members of the trade union, including providing preferential vouchers to trade union health resorts.
Nurlan Uteshev announced the launch of a pilot medical rehabilitation project of the FPRK to provide vouchers to the sanatorium “Merke Radon” in Zhambyl region.
“To get a ticket to the Recreation and Wellness Center, it is enough to contact a local polyclinic. In the sanatorium “Merke Radon” it is possible to treat more than 300 types of diseases, while treatment is paid from the health insurance fund. The pilot project is carried out not only during the annual labor leave, but also during the period of temporary disability,” the Deputy Chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan added.
In the autumn, the project is planned to continue on the basis of the Shchuchinsky sanatorium.
The speaker also spoke in detail about the measures taken by the Federation of Trade Unions within the framework of the implementation of the Activity Strategy for 2020-2025 and upcoming important events for the development of international cooperation of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
