As part of the campaign “How do you live, primary?”, an online visit to the primary trade union organization of the State Municipal Enterprise “Kuatzhyluortalyk-3” took place.
The meeting with the labor collective of the enterprise, organized by the Trade Union Center of Shymkent, was attended by Deputy Chairman of the FTURK Nurlan Uteshev, Chairman of the Branch Trade Union “YNTYMAQ” Kayrakbai Zhanabekov, chairman of the Trade Union Center “Shymkent” Baurzhan Alteev, as well as trade union activists and members of the primary trade union organization.
Welcoming the participants, the chairman of the Trade Union Center Baurzhan Alteev told about the work of the primary trade union organization.
“The State municipal Enterprise “Kuatzhyluortalyk-3” provides 100% maintenance of the heating system of the metropolis. The company was founded in 2006 and today is the main supplier of thermal energy in the city.
The primary trade union organization in Kuatzhyluortalyk-3 was established in 2018, it is part of the Kazakhstan Branch Trade Union “YNTYMAQ”. The number of trade union members at the enterprise is about 330 people. Social and labor relations of the State Enterprise “Kuatzhyluortalyk-3″ are regulated under the Collective Agreement for 2021-2023. The trade union committee pays special attention to the working conditions of employees,” Bauyrzhan Alteev said.
Further, the Chairman of the trade union committee “Kuatzhyluortalyk-3” Nurlan Niyazov informed in detail about the work of the primary.
According to him, a fairly favorable atmosphere has developed in the labor collective, so far there have been no labor disputes at the enterprise.
Along with measures to ensure social guarantees for employees, Nurlan Niyazov made a separate emphasis on safety and labor protection issues. He added that the training of employees and safety instructions are carried out in a timely manner.
After hearing information about the work of the primary trade union organization, Deputy Chairman of the FTURK Nurlan Uteshev noted the coordinated work and activity of the trade union committee. He stressed that the meetings of the leadership of the Federation of Trade Unions with labor collectives in all regions of the country contribute to the identification of pressing problematic issues that require joint solutions. At the same time, according to Nurlan Uteshev, following the meetings, the Federation of Trade Unions develops appropriate recommendations for social partners – executive authorities.
“Trade unions and the Federation as a whole offer the most adequate and effective ways to solve urgent social and labor issues,” said the Deputy Chairman of the FTURK.
In his speech, he also spoke about the development of international cooperation. It was noted the importance of sharing the experience of trade unions of Central Asian countries within the framework of the last International Conference organized by the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan jointly with the International Labor Organization in Nur-Sultan.
In conclusion, the Deputy Chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions recalled the upcoming republican referendum on amendments to the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan and called on trade union members to take an active part in this important political event.
