The working trip of the Chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan Satybalda Dauletalin to the North Kazakhstan region began with an introduction to the development of social partnership at the enterprises of the region. The first object of the visit of the head of the FTURK was “Molvervis” LLP in the village of Beskol.
It is one of the largest enterprises in the region for the production of dairy products. The company produces 25 tons of various types of natural dairy products every day. According to the head of the scientific workshop Elena Khutornaya, the emphasis in the production technology is on the production of therapeutic and prophylactic products – these are fermented milk products enriched with iodocasein without the use of preservatives under the trademark “Beskolskoe”. The products of “Molservice” are already in great demand in neighboring regions and the capital of Kazakhstan, the employees of the enterprise are proud to note.
120 people work on the production of a competitive domestic product, all of them are members of the primary trade union organization.
As the chairman of the trade union committee Olga Krasnoshchek noted, a socially oriented collective agreement was adopted jointly with the employer.
The social partners took into account the main guarantees, including the improvement of the company’s employees, wage indexation, social support in difficult life situations, and others.
Having familiarized with the production technology, the Chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan Satybaldy Dauletalin talked with the staff of “Molservice” LLP. In a conversation with the employer and employees of the enterprise, he noted the importance of effective social partnership relations in the implementation of the main aspects of the President’s Address to the people of Kazakhstan.
“The success of the implementation of the initiatives proposed by the President of the country depends on the effective development of social partnership in each individual labor collective. In his Message, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev emphasized the further development of the agricultural sector, including the production of his own products. On behalf of the head of state, a program to increase the incomes of the population was adopted. The task has been set to raise the salaries of rural workers to 40% by 2024. One of the important goals of the Program is to increase employment in agriculture and create 458 thousand new jobs in rural areas, as well as the development of import substitution of food products. An increase in the minimum wage to 70 thousand tenge will make it possible to make an appropriate recalculation in favor of increasing the average wage at each enterprise, and in particular in rural areas. In addition, investment programs are envisaged for the development of dairy farms,” said Satybaldy Dauletalin.
According to him, thanks to the conscientious attitude of both the employer and the employee to their work, the development of social partnership between the employer and the trade union benefits the enterprise, the industry and the economy as a whole.
“The most important thing is that we have such people and such enterprises where special attention is paid to the quality of products, where the employer creates decent working conditions for workers producing high-quality domestic products. Everything is interconnected: decent working conditions, decent wages mean high–quality products. When these criteria are combined at the production facilities, production, economy and the state will develop,” the Chairman of the FTURK concluded.
