Chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan Satybaldy Dauletalin took part in the award ceremony of the laureates awards of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan “Altyn Sapa” and “Paryz”.
Also during the ceremony, the winners of the contests “The Best product of Kazakhstan”, “Qazaqstan Project Management Awards -2022”, the CIS competition for achievements in the field of quality of products and services were awarded.
Among the winners of the “Paryz-2022” award in the category of small and medium-sized businesses, who were awarded by the Chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan Satybaldy Dauletalin:
in the nomination “The best socially responsible enterprise” as a subject of small and medium-sized entrepreneurship, the head of the Peasant farm “Visitaev” from the East Kazakhstan region Timur Visitaev was awarded;
in the nomination “The best enterprise in the field of labor protection”, the Department of Industrial and technological equipment of Almaty, headed by President Dmitry Kim, won;
in the nomination “The best collective agreement”, LLP “SC Dostyk K” of Zhambyl region, which is headed by General Director Ergazy Kusainov, was recognized as a whitewater.
In the nomination “Contribution to Ecology”, Alexander Valuisky, Acting Director of Firm Rapid LLP from the Karaganda region, was awarded.
At the end of the ceremony, the winners of the presidential award “Altyn Sapa” for the best industrial project and the best innovative project, as well as the Grand Prix “Paryz” and a special award based on the results of the rating of regions and cities for ease of doing business were awarded by the Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.
The Grand Prix among the subjects of large entrepreneurship was awarded to the company from Atyrau region “North Caspian Operating Company N.V.”. The best of the subjects of small and medium-sized entrepreneurship was LLP “Shuisky-XXI” from Akmola region.
A special award “The best social Project of the Year” was awarded to a large business entity Tengizchevroil LLP from Atyrau region and a representative of the category of small and medium-sized businesses CT “Mambetov and Company” from the North Kazakhstan region.
Addressing the business community of the country, President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev expressed his point of view on the protection of entrepreneurs from groundless inspections and criminal prosecution.
“This year, more than 6 thousand entrepreneurs have been exempted from illegal fines totaling about 700 million tenge. 1,200 illegally imposed prohibitive and restrictive measures have been canceled. It is important that more than 1,000 officials have been punished for illegal actions against an entrepreneur. Every sixth case, and this is 59 cases out of 312, has been terminated due to the absence of a criminal offense,” the Head of State said.
The President also said that he had already signed a decree extending the moratorium on inspections of small and medium-sized businesses until January 1, 2024. At the same time, he urged businesses to work in good faith and strictly comply with the law.
“This is extremely important. Market competition, consumer protection, and tax integrity should become an essential condition for doing business in our country,” the President concluded.
In total, more than 500 people arrived at the ceremony, including the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, members of the Government, heads of state bodies, Federations of Trade Unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan, members of Parliament, business representatives and laureates of all awards, winners of previous years.
